Issues find cracks to hide in.
When I was young, David Foster Wallace’s “This Is Water” speech impacted me a lot. It had different effects at different stages of my life. I still feel like I’m surrounded by something I haven’t found a way to see and name. I feel like parts of the world are drowning while other parts literally are. Water is such an effective metaphor. If you haven’t listened to the speech, I highly recommend it.
Falling for something or climbing for something, please let it be something worthwhile.
These nestle within The Collector in order of release. It’ll make the most sense once they’re all out, but not that much more sense unless you’re really feeling it.
What if the karat is all that you see though…how could you be expected to chase anything else if its the only thing around to chase.
