Rectangles and even corners
Even corners
good for nothing but collecting dust
and housing things made exactly for them
Rectangles made with even corners
Easy math, its concept made practice
but
Life isn't made of easy corners
common sense collects in dirty joiners
like
Clogged blood cells right before a stroke
If we're all thinking the same
then bet your soul
If we’re all thinking the same then we'll think alone
Cause I spent the day looking at beveled circles
containing
Beveled circles
displaying
Beveled circles
Light makes it clear
Ombre pink to purple
I don't have to think here
It's already done
Is there even such a thing as a beveled circle
We like it so soft
We need cushioned hearses
And would probably scroll Twitter unless the wake is fun
And would probably need dinner before the lunch is run
And would probably have dreams about the nap we took once
And would probably dream about the dirt nap that’s to come
Buried swiftly in that beveled circle
We dream of one sitting at the end of the rope
And would choose simple geometry over a complex whole
My whole life fits inside of beveled corners
Displaying beveled corners
For making beveled corners
Would somebody please call the bedeviled coroner
Just to ensure he makes the casket slope
Abstracted to the maxim
We’ll call that maximum cope
And the reduction of full lives to abstract shapes
I hope the man who minimalized ideas and symbols
Well I hope the bastard chokes
For making my whole life made up of
Even corners
containing
Beveled circles
supporting
Beveled corners
that leave an
Even circle
now it’s an even circle
it’s a
Completed circle
I was born without thoughts and now there’s nothing I know
I hate to think hard now I don’t think at all
And the simplest of shapes is the in-the-dark we call
home
